The terms below govern all purchases and services from Kachi Auto Global Limited.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products or booking services from Kachi Auto Global Limited, you agree to these terms. They apply to in-store, phone, WhatsApp and website transactions.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated, as product prices may change with market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins or payment is taken.
Payments & Deposits
Standard installations are paid on completion. Custom orders (leather interiors, special-order products) require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. Vehicles are released after full payment.
Installation & Workmanship
All installations are performed by trained technicians to professional standards. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the installation date. This guarantee covers issues arising from our installation, not product faults, accident damage or third-party interference.
Product Warranties
Products carry manufacturer warranties of at least 6 months unless otherwise stated at purchase. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are handled per the manufacturer's terms.
Vehicle Care & Liability
We treat every vehicle with maximum care. Please remove valuables before dropping off your vehicle; we cannot be responsible for items left inside. Any pre-existing damage is noted at check-in.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
